Our Story
Haliburton was founded on a simple observation: the insolvency industry is fundamentally misaligned. Traditional insolvency practitioners earn their fees from winding companies down. Liquidation, administration, CVAs that rarely succeed. The worse the outcome for the business, the longer the engagement, and the higher the fees.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently. Court-backed restructuring plans under the Companies Act give viable companies a powerful tool to compromise their debts with the full backing of the court. But most businesses never hear about this option because their advisors don't offer it.
Haliburton exists to change that. We specialise exclusively in restructuring, helping SME businesses survive, restructure, and thrive. Our results-based fee model means we're aligned with our clients from day one.

With a background spanning major restructuring mandates, he has personally overseen the restructuring of significant SME debt.
